- 1 Measure your space Follow our measuring guide. Check the narrowest point, usually between the wheel arches.
- 2 Enter your sizes Type in the outside width, length and height. Your price updates as you go.
- 3 We build it in 7 days CNC-cut and assembled in our workshop at North Anston, Sheffield.
- 4 Delivered or collected £80 pallet delivery (£66.67 ex VAT) in 2–3 days, and the courier rings to book a day. Or collect for free.

SheffRack is run by Dylan Clare, a CNC engineer of 14 years. We design and cut every part in-house, so we control the dimensions, the joint fit and the finish, and when you ring with a question you're talking to the person who made it.

Common questions
Are the sizes I enter the outside size of the drawer?
Yes. All sizes are external. Inside, the usable space is roughly 110mm less in width, 100mm less in length and 75mm less in height.
How do I fit the drawers?
It depends on your van. Many customers use ratchet straps or turnbuckles to the factory lashing points. You can also fix L brackets to an existing ply floor, or screw through the base of the carcass into the floor.
How long does delivery take?
Custom drawers take 7 days to make, then delivery takes 2–3 days. Leave your phone number at checkout and the courier will call to agree a day.
Do you make drawers for specific vans?
Every drawer is built to the sizes you give us, so it suits any van, pickup or 4x4 with the space. That also means it can move with you when you change vehicle.
Can I collect my order?
Yes. Collection from our workshop in North Anston (S25 4JJ) is free, and we can be flexible with evenings and weekends.
Do you fit the drawers?
We don't offer fitting, but we're happy to talk you through the best way to fix one into your van.
