The SheffRack Discovery is designed for people who need one van to do everything. Use it for work during the week, then strap the Discovery in and head off for the weekend, without permanently converting your van.

No drilling and no permanent modifications. Secure the pod with the supplied ratchet straps and you're ready to go.

Comfortable sleeping

The sofa converts into a bed approximately 1900mm long, with a three-piece memory foam mattress. Support legs fold out for a stable bed.

Fully removable

Install or remove the complete pod in as little as 5 minutes using ratchet straps. Two people are recommended for lifting.

Will it fit my van?

It's designed for vans like the Ford Transit Custom and VW Transporter. Check you have at least 1200mm between the wheel arches and 1900mm of floor length for bed mode. If in doubt, WhatsApp us a photo and your measurements.

How is it fixed in?

It straps to your van's existing lashing points, so there's no drilling. At about 80kg it's a two-person lift in and out.

Lead time & delivery

Each pod is built to order in about 3 weeks. Collection from our North Anston workshop is free; delivery is available on request, so get in touch for a price.

I have looked at a lot of different units and I feel this is the best I have seen by far. Very well made and well thought out with the design. The bed is extremely comfortable.
