1. About Us
SheffRack Limited (Company No. 16687206) manufactures bespoke vehicle storage solutions and accessories.

2. Acceptance of Orders
Placing an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase our products.
All orders are subject to acceptance by SheffRack.
A contract is only formed once we have confirmed acceptance of your order and commenced processing or manufacture.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order prior to dispatch where:
A pricing error has occurred.
A delivery charge has been incorrectly calculated.
A product has been listed incorrectly.
Stock or materials become unavailable.
We reasonably believe we cannot fulfil the order.
If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund of any money paid.

3. Bespoke Products
Our storage drawers and custom-sized products are manufactured specifically to customer requirements.
Please ensure all dimensions supplied are accurate before placing your order.
Once manufacture has commenced, bespoke products cannot be cancelled except where required by law.

4. Pricing
All prices shown on our website are in Pounds Sterling (£).
SheffRack is not currently VAT Registered
We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing mistakes before dispatch.
If a pricing error affects your order we will contact you before manufacture begins.
You may choose to:
continue with the corrected price;
agree an alternative arrangement; or
receive a full refund.

5. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges shown at checkout are based on standard UK mainland destinations.
Certain postcodes, including remote or offshore locations, may incur additional courier charges.
Where a courier surcharge applies that was not identified at checkout due to a system or pricing error, we will contact you before dispatch to discuss the available options.
If an agreement cannot be reached before manufacture or dispatch, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.

6. Delivery
Estimated delivery times are estimates only.
Delays caused by couriers, weather or circumstances outside our control do not entitle the customer to compensation.
Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.

7. Pallet Deliveries
Customers must ensure someone is available to receive pallet deliveries.
If delivery fails because no one is available or delivery instructions are incorrect, any redelivery charges will be payable by the customer.

8. Damage in Transit
Please inspect goods upon delivery.
Any damage must be reported within 48 hours together with photographs of:
the packaging
the pallet
the product
Failure to report damage within this period may affect our ability to make a claim with the courier.

9. Returns
Because many of our products are custom manufactured to customer specifications, they are exempt from the normal 14-day cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Non-bespoke products may be returned within 14 days provided they are unused and in resaleable condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty.

10. Faulty Goods
Nothing within these Terms affects your statutory rights.
If a product develops a manufacturing fault, please contact us immediately.

11. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods supplied.
We are not responsible for:
loss of earnings
business interruption
consequential losses
damage resulting from incorrect installation or misuse.

12. Product Use
Customers are responsible for ensuring products are correctly installed.
SheffRack accepts no liability for damage caused through incorrect installation, overloading or modification.

Personal information will only be used to fulfil your order and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
