Return & Refund Policy

At SheffRack, many of our products are manufactured specifically to your requirements.

Custom-Made Products

Custom-sized storage drawers and any products manufactured to your requested dimensions are bespoke items.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, bespoke goods are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation period once manufacture has begun.

Please carefully check all measurements before placing your order.

Standard Products

Non-bespoke items may be returned within 14 days of delivery provided they are:

• Unused

• In their original condition

• Complete with all packaging where possible

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Any damage must be reported within 48 hours with photographs of:

• the pallet

• the packaging

• the damaged product

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
